Alternative diagnosis less likely than pulmonary embolism (3.0 points)

Heart rate over 100 beats per minute (1.5 points)

Immobilized for 3 or more days or recent surgery within 4 weeks (1.5 points)

Previous DVT or PE history (1.5 points)

Hemoptysis (1.0 point)

Cancer diagnosed within 6 months and currently under treatment or palliative care (1.0 point)
