Wegovy Dosage Schedule
Administration time
Administer once weekly, preferably on the same day each week. It can be administered at any time of day, regardless of meals. If necessary, you may change the dosing day, but there should be at least 3 days (72 hours) between the last dose and the next one. Once a new day is chosen, continue weekly dosing on that day.
If you miss a dose
If fewer than 5 days have passed since the missed dose, administer it as soon as possible, then continue with the regular schedule. If more than 5 days have passed, skip the missed dose and administer the next dose on the scheduled day. (Do not double the dose to make up for a missed one.)
