Urine Na-to-K Ratio Calculator (Check High vs. Low Salt Intake)








Based on two studies, salt intake levels are categorized as:
Urine Na/K ratio
< 1.0: Ideal low-salt diet at WHO recommended level
1.0 ~ 1.5: Favorable low-salt intake
1.5 ~ 2.37: Moderate salt intake
2.37 ~ 4: Relatively high salt intake
≥ 4: Very high salt intake
