Ellipsoid Method: Volume of one lobe = 0.523 × Width × Depth × Length
Brunn Method(WHO): Volume of one lobe = 0.479 × Width × Depth × Length
Ellipsoid(Heywood): Volume of one lobe = (π/6) × R × R × Length = (2/3) × S × Length
* 0.523 ≈ π/6, R(cm) = 2 × √(S/π), S(cm²) = Area of th Thyroid ROI
※ 一般來說，Ellipsoid Method在臨床實踐中最常使用。

*Width : 甲狀腺葉的左右寬度 (Transverse plane)
*Depth : 甲狀腺葉的前後厚度[A-P] (Transverse or Longitudinal plane)
*Length : 甲狀腺葉的縱向長度 (Longitudinal plane)
