ANC計算機 (Absolute Neutrophil Count)

WBCとNeutrophil(%) または Seg(%) + Band(%) からANCを計算します
ANC = WBC × (Seg(%) + Band(%)) / 100
[Band(%) が測定できない場合] ANC = WBC × Neutrophil(%) / 100

ANC 1000 ~ 1500 : Mild neutropenia
ANC 500 ~ 1000 : Moderate neutropenia
ANC ＜ 500 : Severe neutropenia (agranulocytosis)
